Why Belgrade Parking Pass May Be the Best Option For Your
Parking in Belgrade is mostly organized through street zones and garages/car parks. Street parking is paid by the hour, usually via mobile phone, and often comes with time limits. Garages and car parks, on the other hand, allow you to park for an unlimited number of hours and pay before leaving.
In my article “Belgrade Parking: Best Spots and Important Tips for Stress-Free Driving,” I explain all the parking options in detail and recommend garages or car parks as the most convenient choice for visitors and non-locals.

When entering a garage or car park, simply take a ticket at the entrance ramp. Before leaving, pay with cash (Serbian dinars) or card — either at a payment machine or directly to the attendant.
Parking fees in garages and car parks are calculated by the hour, but the Belgrade Parking Pass offers a simpler and more economical option. It allows you to prepay for 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days, saving both time and money.
Details about Belgrade Parking Pass
The Belgrade Parking Pass offers convenient, hassle-free parking with unlimited entries and exits at 26 garages and car parks operated by the Parking Service Public Company. It becomes active upon your first entry, when you insert the card into the machine at the parking lot entrance.
You can purchase the pass directly at any of the company’s parking facilities or Customer Service offices. Although the official website doesn’t mention it, I’ve seen it available at highway toll booths, where you pay road tolls — a convenient option if you’re driving into Belgrade.

To easily identify locations where the Parking Pass is accepted, look for the Parking Service logo displayed at the entrance.
Additionally, the pass includes a great bonus: from April 1 to November 1, it allows you to use two to four bicycles free of charge at parking lots equipped with the “Park and Bike” system. You can find more details on the official website.
